Oh no! We strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.  If you  have received a damaged item, please compile the documentation specified below and reach out to our Guest Relations team.




If you placed an order at, please compile the following details within 30 days of purchase:

- Photo of the damaged item

- Photos showing the outer shipping box and how the item was packed

- Photo of your Pick Slip

- Mfg date and/or lot code printed on the item(s)


Please send your documentation to Guest Relations here within 30 days of purchase. 




- Take photos of the damage in case they are needed

- Contact the local coffeebar who prepared your order immediately upon receipt of the item.
