Not to worry! Please visit us here to submit your receipt information and claim your points. Log in using the same credentials you use to log in to the app. If your account is linked to Facebook, please select "log in with Facebook." Otherwise, you will log in using the email address and password with which you registered.

Once you're there:

  1. Click or tap the main menu (three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen) and select "Add Points."
  2. Enter your receipt information, and you will see your points balance change within 24-48 hours.
  3. You can only claim points twice per month, so be careful not to forget your phone too often. We encourage you to use the App and scan your code to earn points for each purchase.

Please note: Receipt information in our system will be available 24 hours after your purchase and cannot be added for same-day purchases.  Receipts can only be submitted once every 14 days. Additionally, points will not be added for purchases greater than 30 days.

These instructions are applicable to Guests of our company-owned locations in Southern California. If you are a Guest of our Franchise-owned locations in Nevada, Texas, or Maryland please click "Contact us" in the "Get Help" section at the bottom of the page. Our locations in Koreatown, Little Tokyo, and Pismo Beach are also Franchise-owned.
