How do I check the balance on my The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® gift card?

It's easy!

If your Gift Card begins with 6006, you can visit our website to check your balance.  Additionally, you can call 855.409.7410, and select option 4. You will be prompted to enter your card number and card pin number (if applicable).

If your Gift Card begins with 6392, contact us by submitting your information to our Guest Relations Team and a Team Member will be in contact with you.
